1. Safety protection. Set up safety isolation facilities in the construction area, such as road cones, construction diversion signs, reflective clothing, etc., to ensure the safety of construction workers.
2. Determine the installation location. Use a ruler to determine the installation location. Generally, install one every 15 meters to ensure that the installation location is flat and free of expansion, cracks, and unevenness.
3. Clean the mounting surface. Use a brush to clean the installation location to ensure it is dry and dust-free.
4. Apply glue. Choose the appropriate glue, such as epoxy resin glue, and mix it in the correct ratio and apply it evenly on the road studs.
5. Install road studs. Press the road stud into the installation position, making sure the direction is correct. If there is too much glue, clean it up.
6. Deal with the hole location. For cast aluminum spikes with feet, it is necessary to ensure that the hole depth is 1cm greater than the nail foot depth and the hole diameter is 2mm greater than the nail foot diameter.
7. Inspection and cleaning. After the installation is completed, conduct an inspection to ensure that all road studs are installed correctly and are not installed backwards, crooked or crooked. Use a scraper to scrape off the spilled glue and clean the road surface.
8. Solidify and remove isolation facilities. It will take about 4 hours for the glue to solidify before removing and installing the isolation facilities.

Solar road studs can be used in public places such as highways, urban roads, parking lots, gardens, roadsides, and roads without conventional street lights to warn drivers of approaching road dangers.
